/>中國大陸今天(4/17)公布2019年第一季經濟成長數據，GDP年增6.4%，高於市場預期，不過坦言仍有經濟轉差的風險，把今年GDP成長目標下修到6%到6.5%之間；房市方面也有回暖趨勢，官方數據顯示，65個城市三月房價比二月來的高，主要城市新屋房價指數年漲10.6%。另外，花旗銀行調查顯示，去年在香港擁有至少一千萬港元淨資產的人，達到破紀錄的51萬1千人。中國大陸和美國貿易戰開打一年，雖然還沒停戰，但雙方氣氛近期似乎緩和不少，帶來什麼影響？北京中央在周三(4/17)上午，繳出2019年第一季經濟成績單。中國大陸國家統計局新聞發言人 毛盛勇：「(2019年)第一季國內生產總值21兆3433億元(人民幣)，按可比價格計算，同比增長6.4%。」中國大陸去年第4季GDP年增6.4%，是1990年以來的最低，今年首季增幅持平，沒有往下滑到外界預計的6.3%，不過與去年同期相比，減少了0.4個百分點。儘管官方一再強調經濟「開局平穩、穩中有進」，但也坦言仍然有轉差的壓力，把今年GDP成長目標下修到6%到6.5%之間，這也符合經濟合作暨發展組織(OECD)預測的6.2%。 中國大陸國家統計局新聞發言人 毛盛勇：「外部不確定性因素較多，國內結構性矛盾仍比較突出，改革發展任務艱鉅，經濟下行壓力猶存。」從其他數據來看，社會消費品零售總額3月增長8.7%，比預期高出0.3個百分點，首季增長8.3%；城鎮固定資產投資第一季也增加6.3%，和市場期待相符。分析指出，從三月份開始中國大陸基礎建設投資加快、製造業新訂單指數走高、金融市場活躍，加上民間投資的擴大，顯示出市場信心正逐步增強。中國人民大學經濟學院副院長 王晉斌：「民間投資，應該說改變了過去幾年以來下滑的趨勢，我覺得這是一個非常好的現象。」而包含減低增值稅、減免不動產登記費等官方一系列「減稅降費」政策，同樣是策動景氣回升的催化劑。中國大陸國研中心產業經濟研究部部長 趙昌文：「(減稅降費)真正能夠降低企業的負擔，特別是製造業企業的負擔，和實體經濟的負擔，讓投資更快地轉移到製造業和實體經濟上面去。」房市方面也有回暖跡象，三月份主要城市新屋房價指數年增10.6%，漲幅是23個月以來最高。TVB記者：「中國大陸國家統計局，公布3月份70個大中城市新建商品住宅售價，按年來看，是20個月以來，首次70個城市全線上升，比2月增加1個。」如果以月來計算，65個城市3月房價比2月份高，漲幅居首的是丹東，達到1.9%；一線大城市北京漲幅0.4%、廣州上漲0.8%、上海微跌0.1%、深圳下跌0.3%。中國大陸交通銀行國際研究部聯席董事 謝騏聰：「我們相信如果成交量可以持續到第二季，第二季的房價就會有持平或是小幅上升的情況。但是反而要留意下半年，如果樓價暫時開到看到回暖，但中央不滿意上漲太快的話，可能會加大調控力度。」面對官方政策調控和房市<a href="http://a1983s.com/seo" target="_blank">CP值爆表禮物</a>波動，讓不少投資客在這一塊領域暫時止步，根據花旗銀行最新釋出的《香港千萬富翁調查報告》中指出，在香港淨資產達一千萬港元以上的「千萬富翁」裡，只有11%的人有興趣購入中國大陸物業，略高於在香港置產的10%，而20%的人則青睞投資海外物業。香港花旗銀行總經理 林智剛：「香港人對香港和中國大陸的興趣減少，我們認為有更多需求，把資產擺在其他地方，因為外圍環境比較波動，單一資產配置其實不太健康。」符合香港「千萬富翁」稱號、也就是至少擁有台幣3900萬淨資產的人，在香港有51萬1千人，人數比上一個年增加了3%，攀上新高！TVB記者：「花旗銀行解釋，富翁人數上升，主要由於個人事業收入增加，與股市及樓市表現，反而未必有太大關係。」當然，樓市、股票市場轉好，對投資客來說仍是獲利來源，從香港股市走勢來看，從年初以來一路爬升，在三萬點大關附近徘徊，週三恒生指數上下震盪，但最終守住三萬點關口，以30124點作收，微幅下跌0.01%。</p><br
