/>電商興起，大陸近5年快遞業務量迅速增長，但各家快遞公司競爭激烈，許多大陸二三線城市，中小型快遞公司像是如風達、國通等等，相繼出現業務停擺狀況。在4月15日凌晨，京東物流的快遞員也收到了公司給他們的一封內部信，指出京東物流去年虧損高達人民幣28億，再這樣下去，2年時間就會把融資來的錢全部虧光，因此他們要進行快遞員的薪資調整，取消底薪，把攬件的數量列入績效，作為薪資多寡的標準；而公司幫員工存繳的公積比例，也從12%大砍為7%。京東集團創辦人 劉強東(2017.02.03)：「你們的薪水待遇，永遠比我們宿豫縣的縣長還好，只要國家給公務員加薪了，只要縣長的工資漲了，我一定給你們漲工資。」宴請旗下快遞員，京東集團創辦人劉強東，過去最強調員工福利，總喜歡和自家快遞員以兄弟相稱，但4月15號凌晨，一封從公司發出的內部郵件，恐怕傷透「兄弟們」的心。指名給全體快遞兄弟們的信，裡頭提到京東物流2018年全年虧損了人民幣28億，已經是連續12年虧損，再這麼下去，京東物流融資來的錢只夠再虧兩年，因此必須進行薪酬調整。京東快遞站點負責人：「沒有底薪，有五險就這麼個待遇，(工資)一個月8千多元。」京東快遞站點工作人員：「多勞多得，送得多就掙得多。」快遞員全部取消底薪，為了提升快遞量，承攬包裹件數列入績效，作為薪資收入指標；另外，公司替快遞員繳存的公積金比例，從12%降為7%。京東快遞員
